Glen and Kelly have 35 years of experience in farm and ranch management. They are the former general managers for Bar None Ranches - a 10,000 acre Alberta mixed farming and livestock operation. Glen and Kelly own and manage a cow-calf operation on the Timber Ridge Conservation Site and own the Hall & Hall Custom Feedlot located near Stavely, Alberta. They are passionate about stewardship and the rural community. They have extensive experience working collaboratively with a wide variety of conservation organizations including the Alberta Conservation Association, Ducks Unlimited, Cows & Fish, the Foothills Forage and Grazing Association, the Oldman Watershed Council, and SALTS. Kelly is the current Vice-President of SALTS, past President of the Stavely and District Agricultural Society, and currently sits on the Community Advisory Board of the Alberta Land Institute. Both Glen and Kelly are currently directors on the Stavely Agricultural Society Board and the Stavely Indoor Professional Rodeo. The Halls are also past recipients of the Alberta Beef Environmental Stewardship Award.
